General Manager

Bodega Taqueria Y Tequila is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and lounge operations to ensure its success, profitability, exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Additionally, as a General Manager II you will be responsible for the nightly operations of Bodega Taqueria y Tequila while ensuring adherence to company standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail. This individual reports to the VP of Operations or to the CEO in the absence of the VP of Operations.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Management :

• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing training, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth among employees.
