Coordinate loan closings : Work closely with brokers and the closing team to schedule and coordinate loan closings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Document management : Collect, review, and organize all necessary documentation required for loan closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact between brokers and the closing team, facilitating clear and timely communication to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Taking calls : Handle incoming calls professionally, providing information and assistance to brokers, clients, and internal teams as needed. Compliance : Ensure all loan closing activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Problem-solving : Identify and address any potential issues or delays in the loan closing process, working collaboratively with brokers and the closing team to find solutions. Customer service : Provide exceptional customer service to brokers, clients, and internal teams, maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times. Record keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan closing activities, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance, real estate, or a related field is a plus. Experience : Previous experience in loan processing, real estate, or a related field is preferred. Additional skills & qualifications :
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment Effective time management skills to deliver work on time Capable communicator, written and oral Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.) Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations - Ideally would like a candidate with mortgage experience, but this is not required - They will consider candidates who have graduated and little to no work experience. Pay and benefits : The pay range for this position is $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
