ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Looking for career minded person to be an office manager and manage the offices daily tasks, handle personnel issues and sales.  You would lead a team of both service and sales professionals. Must have State Farm agency experience and be able to lead a team confidently while managing many areas of the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Mage office and team members production and Service
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience in insurance sales or account management required.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
