This developmental position will give you the foundation you need to thrive in service-based sales while contributing directly to our team's success.
Over the course of 12-18 months, you'll gain hands-on experience in day-to-day sales activities, manage smaller opportunities, support proposals and marketing efforts, and learn the full scope of Storr's service offerings-including Records Management, Commercial Moves, Cleaning, Construction Services, and Storage .
Your initial focus will be on building new Records Management business, learning the sales process, understanding customer needs, and coordinating operations to deliver exceptional results. You'll report directly to the Vice President of Services and, upon successful completion of the program, have the opportunity to advance into a Services Sales Representative role.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Vice President of Services on sales execution, client communication, and proposal development.
- Manage smaller Records and service opportunities (under $10,000) from inquiry through close.
- Create quotes, proposals, and bid responses for service opportunities.
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop project content, case studies, and success stories that showcase Storr's capabilities.
- Work closely with the Furniture Sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities for Moves, Cleaning, Construction Services, Storage, and Records.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, track pipeline activity, and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Organize sales documentation, proposal libraries, and shared resources.
- Learn internal systems, workflows, and pricing structures for service-based sales.
- Achieve quarterly sales activity and accuracy goals.
Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
