Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Python, Spark. Good knowledge with client data ecosystems (Cornerstone and Lumi). Genesys WFM data knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of data modeling and NOSQL databases is required. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities, and increasing productivity.
