ComResource is looking for a Senior SharePoint Solution Developer.

We need someone to assist in migrating, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions across legacy and modern platforms while troubleshooting custom applications and ensuring system optimization.

Responsibilities :

  • Migrate SharePoint server-side solutions from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2016.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom application issues, providing timely root cause analysis.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint sites, including managing lists, libraries, permissions, and other components.
  • Execute product specification, system design, development, and integration activities.
  • Participate in product and program collaboration efforts.
  • Refactor SharePoint server-side applications and services to modern SharePoint platforms.
  • Maintain, configure, and optimize SharePoint solutions and artifacts after migration.
  • Perform additional technical tasks as assigned.

Essentials :

  • 5+ years of SharePoint server-side solution development experience (SharePoint 2007–2016).
  • 8+ years in a software development role.
  • Extensive knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft IIS and Microsoft SQL Server, including writing queries and performance troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in SharePoint site templates, master pages, page layouts, and server artifacts.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript libraries).
  • Proficiency with web service models including SOAP, OData, and REST.
  • Experience with InfoPath forms development with code-behind and migration.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication methods and Kerberos.
  • Experience using TFS and Git for version control.

    • Desired :

  • Experience with third-party SharePoint migration tools (e.g., Sharegate).
  • Experience developing client-side solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Experience with ULS log analysis, network trace analysis, and client-side debugging.
