The incoming CFO will partner directly with executive leadership to modernize financial systems, optimize capital strategies, and guide the organization through an aggressive growth phase. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership across all divisions, including forecasting, planning, and analysis.
• Oversee all accounting, treasury, risk management, and compliance functions.
• Implement scalable financial systems to support multi-state commercial operations.
• Partner with divisional leaders on profitability, project forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead strategic planning related to mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments.
• Represent the organization in key banking, insurance, and audit relationships.
