Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Summer Hours : Monday - Thursday, 7am-6pm
Days and times will vary based on office needs. Up to 25 hours per week; Extra hours available during peak enrollment periods (Jan and Aug).

Job Summary
The overall purpose of this position is to administer testing services to new, continuing and returning students; general student / office services such as proctoring various tests, coordinating testing appointments, communicating effectively with faculty / coworkers, answer incoming calls, assist people via chat, directing people to other services on campus, using Register Blast software to assist testers in all aspects of coordinating testing, other duties to assist students and the campus as needed.
Essential Functions
90% Assist new / continuing / returning students and faculty with Testing Services processes which include sign in, proctoring, testing directions, etc.
10% Assist with maintaining GCC testing standards
Minimum Qualifications
Some experience working in a customer service-related field (phone, email & in-person)
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and using the Internet
Able to navigate Internet, performing searches within Maricopa district and college web pages
Trainable on Register Blast, our testing scheduling software
Special Working Conditions
May be required to sit for a prolonged period of time
Work requires viewing a computer monitor for prolonged period of time
