Founding Engineer (Sunnyvale)

Please read in full : As a founding engineer, youll work across our entire stack to build and scale our contextual advertising network for AI tools. Youll have significant influence over technical direction and full autonomy. Our immediate priority is backend engineering, but full-stack experience is a strong bonus.

Compensation and what we offer :

• Salary Range : $150,000 - $300,000 USD, depending on experience and scope of contribution
• Equity : Ranging from $100,000 - $300,000 USD based on experience and contribution
• Location : Onsite at our spacious office in San Francisco, California.

Responsibilities

As a founding engineer, youll be working on :

Building and scaling core infrastructure

Solving novel technical and product challenges with high ambiguity

Driving technical direction with high ownership and autonomy

What Were Looking For

Solving problems with the end user in mind

Full-stack development experience

Strong problem-solving ability in ambiguous technical / product areas

Experience building and scaling distributed systems

Practical experience with LLMs and AI infrastructure

Proven track record of ownership and autonomous execution

Strong communication skills
