Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Recruiting Specialist to join their Acquisition team. In this role, you will own the entire recruiting lifecycle -from sourcing and engaging top talent to assessing fit, guiding candidates and hiring managers through the interview process, and successfully closing offers. What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive, high-quality talent for current and future openings.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and urgent hiring needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team culture, and long-term business goals.
Establish and nurture consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Create innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive market intelligence, and best recruiting practices.
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and job fairs as needed to expand sourcing reach.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest sourcing tools, platforms, and technologies.
Utilize the in-house ATS to manage candidate profiles, track applicant progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
Use recruitment KPIs and metrics to measure performance and showcase success.
Build and manage virtual talent pipelines using internal databases and external sourcing tools.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the talent acquisition team.
Education & Experience Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred .
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
Experience sourcing passive candidates using social media, sourcing tools, Boolean search, and creative outreach methods.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage frequent interruptions.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using applicant tracking systems.
