Hospice Aide

The current schedule for our Hospice Aide is Monday through Friday from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm with occasional weekend responsibilities (on call rotation approximately one (1) weekend every other month).

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Provide assistance with personal care, exercises, ambulation, positioning and transfers to patients under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse or therapist according to the established plan of care.
• Provide a holistic approach and provide care for our resident's physical AND emotional well-being.
• Provide holistic care to carry out our mission to create community to foster joy and well-being.
• Perform other duties as assigned
