• Position : Physical Therapist II
• Hourly Pay Range : $36.50 - $59.94 The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $38.67 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
• Location : 429 York Rd, Elmhurst, IL
• Full-Time, 40 hours
• Hours : Full-Time days with 2 evening shifts

While our primary population of patients is orthopedic physical therapy, we also offer Occupational and Speech services. We offer specialties in hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatrics, and lymphedema.

What you will do :

Provides direct physical therapy services to patients. Demonstrates an appropriate level of clinical skill, as evidenced by the completion of comprehensive and insightful evaluations, and the development of individualized and effective treatment plans designed to achieve precise, functional goals. Evaluates patient's physical and functional status and plans and implements therapeutic programs that include prevention, identification, correction and alleviation of acute or prolonged movement dysfunction of an anatomic or physiologic origin. Uses excellent communication skills to educate patients and engage them in their own care. Stays updated regarding developments, new techniques, and equipment in the field of physical therapy. Maintains a well-rounded knowledge base, and clinical reasoning skills to consistently achieve expected clinical outcomes.
