Job Summary The Project Plan Take-Off Analyst is responsible for evaluation bid specification and drawings, to ensure to ensure estimators have all the information required to submit an accurate and successful bid.

Essential Duties Technical Analyze blueprints and plan specifications Count Light Fixtures.

Create / Prepare Excel bid documents for pricing by senior estimating staff Ensure data remains current and up-to-date Customer Service Maintain strong communications with project managers, project coordinators, sales staff and owners Communicate workload status as necessary to owners and sales staff Education and Experience Prior PlanSwift experience a plus Ability to read and understand project blueprints and job specifications a plus Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in English and in Microsoft Office Programs High School Diploma required Key Competencies High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in data entry Good verbal and written communication skills Personal organizational skills Ability to participate as a team member Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a sense of urgency Customer service attitude Compensation and Benefits Compensation – Hourly at $20.00 - $26.50 Benefits Available Insurance – Medical, Dental and Vision 401(k) Plan with company match Supplemental Insurance plans Powered by JazzHR
