Job Description :

Gather and define requirements / solutions for Contact Center solutions

Interact with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and communication

Analyze and evaluate current business processes and systems

Provide technical expertise and support for system implementations

Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation

Participate in project planning and execution

Ensure system performance and reliability

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
