This is a permanent position

Daytime hospitalist opportunity just 25 miles south of Fort Wayne

Average census of 18

40 hospital beds

12 hour shifts

1 rounding day physician (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.) plus one APC

7 on / 7 off block schedule

Nights covered by APC. Daytime hospitalist takes night telephone call

Open ICU

Procedures required

Rapids & codes required

Cerner EMR

Family Medicine training accepted
