Group Controller - Legence

Group Controller Position

Legence, a leading provider of engineering, consulting, installation, and maintenance services for mission-critical systems in buildings, is expanding its Finance organization. We have identified the need for a Group Controller position for the Engineering & Consulting Segment. This position could be based in Louisville, KY or Houston, TX. Candidates need public company experience and will hold a CPA license. Big Four public accounting experience is desirable.

The successful candidate will partner with the Engineering & Consulting Segment leader to accomplish the following responsibilities, among others :

• Multi-Site Controllership
• M&A Due Diligence and Integration
• Percentage of Completion Accounting
• Financial Planning
• Monthly Performance Review
• Audit
• Policy and Controls
• Financial Reporting
