Technical Project Manager (Secret Clearance)

Position Description :

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who brings a unique blend of Agile leadership and technical expertise in software development and data science. This role will lead Agile ceremonies manage project delivery work with developers and contribute to technical analysis and solution design for application initiatives supporting the DoS.

The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between process and execution facilitating Agile best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a working prototype operations and maintenance and a minimum viable product (MVP). This MVP will serve as a pilot for prioritized applications and will be scaled into a production-ready solution for users.

This position is located in Rosslyn VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Agile Facilitation & Project Management

• . Lead all Scrum ceremonies : daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and sprint reviews.
• . Guide teams in Agile / Scrum best practice and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• . Track and report Agile metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• . Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a collaborative high-performing team culture.
• . Coordinate day-to-day project activities and maintain effective client communication.
