Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or related fields. Basic knowledge of soldering techniques and wiring standards. Familiarity with testing and diagnostic equipment used in electrical assembly. Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical assembly. Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience
Job Description :
Pay Range : $28hr - $30hr
- Tool Operation : Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters) for electrical assembly tasks.
- Safety Compliance : Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working with electrical components, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaboration : Work as part of a team to meet production goals and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and senior assemblers to ensure efficient assembly processes.
