    Job Summary

    Stallants Practice Administrator is responsible for directing operations, functions, and management across all departments of Stallant Health & Wellness, under the direction of the Stallant Health Executive Team. The Practice Manager will demonstrate strong leadership that aligns with Stallant Health's values and policies.

    You're the heartbeat of this new location.

    You'll help shape the team culture, set the tone for our patient experience, and play a key role in building systems that actually work.

    Who We're Looking for

    At Stallant, were seeking a natural leader who's excited to build culture, not just manage checklists someone who genuinely cares about patients, providers, and the people they work with. Someone detail-oriented, flexible, kind under pressure, and allergic to bureaucracy. Experience in healthcare admin is a plus, but we value people skills and mission alignment just as much.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Education
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.

  • Experience
  • 35 years of healthcare or clinic management experience (RHC / FQHC experience a massive plus).

  • Technical & Regulatory Background
  • Strong background in Medicare / Medi-Cal regulatory and corporate compliance, billing, human resources, insurance contracting / credentialing, patient care, and EHR systems. Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA regulations.

  • Language
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
