If you want full-time you will have consistent, on-going hours. We also offer an ElderCare Expert Program that guarantees hours and enables you to earn pay for both vacation and sick days! Weekly Pay! We pay every Friday and offer Direct Deposit for your convenience! Immediate Start To Work! Leave our one day training and orientation with shifts based on your availability! Appreciation Awards! We pay thousands in bonus money each month. We pay bonus money for compliments, employee referrals, client referrals, and years of service. You are eligible for pay increases at 90 days and annually! You will help families and clients each and every day by providing compassionate, professional and personalized in-home care.
