Job Description

Key Responsibilities for Construction Project Superintendent - Night Shift in Los Angeles :

• Supervise and manage construction activities during night shifts to meet project deadlines and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor job site safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and protocols.
• Oversee quality control to maintain construction excellence and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to address challenges and provide updates.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials on site.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
