Key Responsibilities
Execute decision-making to analyze and resolve claims effectively
Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication during the claims process
Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
Appropriate licensing and / or certification in all states where claims are handled
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
