job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop processes, tools, fixtures, equipment, and facility infrastructure for assigned production lines Partner with R&D and manufacturing to move new products from design to production Implement process controls, including risk analysis, test method validation, and infrastructure monitoring Analyze and improve production processes using DMAIC, Gage R&R, Cp / Cpk, SPC, and related methods Maintain and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and inspection procedures Launch and design simple test fixtures and support qualification activities Troubleshoot, manage defects, and implement process improvements for ongoing production Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and advocate for strong specs and standards Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline required Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing experience Hands-on experience with electromechanical test fixtures, circuit boards, or process engineering (only one required) Preferred : experience in medical devices, electromechanical assemblies, low- to mid-volume production, and / or startup environments Strong problem-solving skills and process orientation CAD software experience preferred (SolidWorks ideal) Familiarity with FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO 13485 preferred Self-starter with the ability to work independently and suggest improvements Collaborating effectively with R&D and manufacturing to deliver milestones Updating work instructions and production protocols Designing and launching simple test fixtures Supporting new product introductions while improving existing production lines
