Role Specifics and Benefits :

As a NICU RN you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the health and development of critically ill newborns and their families. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing patient- and family-centered care to critically ill neonates including monitoring stabilizing and supporting infants on mechanical ventilation or post-surgical recovery.
• Assessing vital signs conducting rounds with the Neonatal team interpreting laboratory data and initiating clinical interventions under physician direction.
• Administering medications and treatments with meticulous attention to dosing safety checks and documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Supporting lactation growth and nutrition plans infection prevention thermoregulation pain management and developmental care activities.
• Collaborating with neonatal therapists social workers and family units to educate and empower families foster bonding and reduce parental stress.
