job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform repairs efficiently and accurately per dealership standards Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to assess systems and components Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and HVAC Communicate with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of any additional service needs Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician preferred High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification preferred Skilled in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude Ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools Excellent customer service and basic computer skills Positive attitude, team spirit, and a drive for continuous improvement Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
