What this job involves - The Facilities Support Coordinator is responsible for the outcome of the move / add / change process for cold storage PO watcher and vendor management. Customer satisfaction communication and metric / work order management

What will your day-to-day look like :

Attend job walks with various teams to identify / verify scope

Identify facilities modification requirements for installation / removal / move of cold storage equipment

If required obtain quotes to execute scope of work identified on job walk for cold storage send quotes to clients and schedule work with vendors to complete once PO has been processed

Responsible for work order management : initiating updating scheduling and closing work orders for various vendors (i.e. electrical plumbing earthquake bracing) in compliance with identified KPIs

Create / issue WO manifest for each vendor manage execution and ensure alignment with Vendor budget and contractual obligations

Generate work order package for in-scope equipment such as cold storage assets to encompass all required steps for project execution complete workflow from project inception to completion

Purchase Order (PO) watcher creates the CE WO routes Wos to appropriate teams. AMA ASF ATO. ULS and JLL scope.

Communicate updates with key personnel (i.e. clients management vendors etc.) during and throughout projects

Build and maintain vendor relationships ensuring vendors meet or exceed contractual obligations by continually monitoring vendor safety quality delivery and productivity

Identify and implement innovation

Assist with developing project budget including hard and soft services

Maintains client relationships and may assist in or manage conflict resolution

Develop relationships with consultants / contractors / vendors and evaluate their performance

Assist with organizing and accepting new initiatives as prioritized by the client and develop project plans to deliver the desired outcome.

Utilizes Maximo to house all project Wos until completion

Ensure drawings and redlines are kept up to date during each project

Perform monthly audits of vendors and Wos

Host safety meetings with vendors quarterly

Required Qualifications :

Superior written and oral communication skills ability to interact with clients

Experience with work order management

Prior experience in facilities lab equipment / supply management or related field preferred

At minimum possess basic / moderate knowledge of lab equipment

Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively multi-task and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced work environment

Strong organizational skills and collaborative work style

Estimated compensation for this position :

34.00 34.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
