Corporate Development Analyst

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess valuations and forecast outcomes of transactions

Conduct comprehensive financial and market analysis of target companies to inform deal strategy

Prepare marketing materials and collaborate with stakeholders to manage transaction-related activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)

10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related roles

Expertise in financial modeling and analysis of financial data

Strong understanding of business operations and market conditions

Experience with transaction coordination and due diligence processes
