    We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join Complete Spine Care at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

    This position will require the skill to take on many responsibilities and duties that include : greeting patients, checking in patients, understanding of HIPAA, ability to maintain efficient patient flow, answering multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments for multiple providers, and checking and responding to emails.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet patients as they arrive and provide excellent customer experience
    • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
    • Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
    • Verification and knowledge of health insurance benefits
    • Check-in / Check-out of patients using the EHR system
    • Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
    • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
    • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills
    • Previous experience in a medical office : 1yr
