Waveguide's marketing and communications specialist reports to Waveguide's vice president of Growth and is an integral member of the Growth team. This position provides cross-function support in the implementation of sales, business development, marketing, communications and innovation initiatives, the responsibilities for which are organized into three primary workstreams : proposal development and delivery; communications; and branding and asset management. This position requires a background in professional services marketing, creative communications, database and asset management, visual identity, and related workstreams.

This is a fully remote role with occasional travel. Proposal Development and Delivery :

• With business development peers, participate in assembling and delivering qualifications and proposal responses.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time by adhering to established timelines and due dates.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for client interviews. Integrate various media formats including text, images, video, audio, into cohesive multimedia presentations.
• Create and regularly refresh proposal and presentation templates with styles for consistency of content hierarchy using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft programs.
