Fargo Elim a Cassia Community is hiring a Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team! Youll build meaningful connections while working alongside our dedicated clinical team in a welcoming environment where your contributions are truly valued.

As a Nurse (RN or LPN) at Fargo Elim youll provide compassionate high-quality care to residents administer medications and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Our ideal candidate will be a skilled and dependable Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.

6 : 30 pm to 7 : 00 am

RN Charge NurseResponsibilities :

• Displayan attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents families and staff.
• Functionas a team member with other staff in performance of duties.
• Managemedications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Administermedications and / or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness / response.
• Implementindividual plan of care for residents and monitor staff providing care.
• Notify nurse manager attending physician and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and take follow up action as necessary.
• Orderlab x-ray ambulance and other services as necessary.
• Receives transcribes and carries out physicians orders.
• Participatein direct resident care as needed.
• Admit transfer and dischargeresidents according to procedures.
• Monitornursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
• Perform additional tasks as requested.
