Vice President, Information Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance - On-Site

POSITION SUMMARY

The VP Information Security - Governance, Risk, & Compliance will lead the strategic direction and execution of enterprise-wide governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives. This role ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices while fostering a culture of accountability and risk awareness across the organization.

DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) framework, ensuring integration across business units.
• Lead enterprise risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Manage regulatory compliance programs.
• Oversee internal audit coordination and remediation tracking.
• Partner with Legal, IT, and business leaders to ensure policy enforcement and risk alignment.
• Monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes, advising executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in GRC processes and technologies.
• Represent GRC in executive committees and board-level discussions.
• Performs related duties as assigned by management.
