• Review Financial Goals
• : Start the day by reviewing the dealership's financial targets and benchmarks, including production percentages, to align daily operations with these goals.

Analyze Sales Data

: Monitor and analyze daily sales data to assess progress towards financial targets and identify areas needing adjustment.

3.

Meet with Sales Team

: Collaborate with the sales team to discuss strategies for financing and insurance (F&I) products, aiming to maximize penetration rates and meet benchmarks.

4.

Customer Financing

: Assist customers with financing options, ensuring they receive competitive and fair financing deals that comply with legal and ethical standards.

5.

Liaison with Lenders

: Maintain relationships with lenders to secure financing approvals and negotiate terms that benefit both the customer and the dealership.

6.

Compliance and Documentation

: Ensure all financial transactions comply with state and federal regulations, maintaining meticulous records for audits and compliance checks.

7.

Training and Development

: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, focusing on best practices in selling F&I products and achieving production goals.

8.

Report Preparation

: End the day by preparing and reviewing financial reports that reflect the dealership's performance relative to set benchmarks, planning adjustments as needed.
