Insurance Sales Position Overview

The Villella Olson's American Family Insurance agency in Arden Hills, MN, is on the lookout for a dynamic and career-driven individual to enhance their team. Joining this team means you'll engage with the community, fostering relationships that help grow the agency's presence while offering a suite of American Family insurance products, such as auto, property, life, and business coverage. Moreover, you'll gain invaluable experience with the potential to manage an American Family agency in the future.

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new business through leads, phone calls, networking events, trade shows and personal contacts.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Educating clients on various insurance products and coverage options.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Staying updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed advice to clients.
