Salary Range : $52,000 - $58,240 DOE

Our client is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with organizational standards. Overview of the Accounts Payable Role :

As an Accounts Payable Specialist , you will handle all aspects of the AP process, from receiving and processing invoices to issuing checks and maintaining records. You'll work with both electronic and paper invoices, leveraging Workday and Excel to support efficient and accurate payment processing.

• Manage full cycle Accounts Payable : receive, review, enter, and process invoices
• Download invoices from vendor websites or open and organize mailed invoices
• Create paper invoice check requests; scan and file once approved
• Enter invoices into Workday and complete settlement runs
• Process check runs; issue checks as scheduled
• Maintain accurate physical and electronic AP files
