A company is looking for a Subcontracts Administrator to manage and oversee subcontracting activities in support of project and procurement operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare, negotiate, and administer various agreements in accordance with company policies and regulations Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and applicable laws Collaborate with internal teams to resolve subcontract issues and maintain contract files Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience in subcontract administration, preferably in government contracting or large-scale commercial projects Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and contract law Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
