Job Description and Tasks :

The Analyst will provide technical expertise, training and evaluations, and records management support as follows :

• Plan, define, implement and manage operational missile monitoring systems to yield more effective and flexible support.
• Advocate for emerging systems using automated information and communications capabilities for improved command and control decision making.
• Apply an integrated systems approach to assist with training, evaluating, developing, implementing, testing, planning, and managing missile situational awareness operators and functions.
• Support Commander USSTRATCOM (CDRUSSTRATCOM) in the role of the Nuclear Command and Control authority.
• Assist with strategic management aspects of the responsibilities executed by USSTRATCOM / J36 Division.
• Support operational missile awareness systems and System Experts with situational awareness and operational advice on missile operations and global missile defense
• Assist with the day-to-day operational management of DoD-owned resources to provide authorized users with global missile situational awareness support as operations and evolving requirements dictate.

Job Requirements / Required Skills :

Security Clearance : ACTIVE TS with SCI Eligibility

Demonstrated relevant experience in an operations center at a Combatant Command.
