University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide quality in-home care to our clients in Pinckney MI. As a Home Health Aide you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
  • Provide medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Help clients with mobility and transferring safely
  • Support clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients condition or behavior to nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with supervisors
  • Follow all safety and infection control procedures to ensure client well-being

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to client care
  • Reliable transportation to client homes in Pinckney MI
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
