Packaging Development Specialist (Minneapolis)

Full-time, hybrid temp-to-hire role supporting CPG packaging initiatives. Leads packaging development for product launches, line extensions, size variations, and cost optimization. Collaborates with Marketing, R&D, Suppliers, and Quality to deliver compliant, manufacturable, and innovative packaging solutions.

Responsibilities :

Packaging Development (CPG, Snacks) for new launches, in & outs, and improvements

Packaging Specifications Management create, review, validate, and maintain specs

Cross-Functional Collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Food Safety & Quality, Vendors

Project Execution & Documentation using RDSS, Optiva, TOPS, ConnectedITQer, Eclips

Manufacturing Feasibility & Regulatory Compliance checks

Data Management, Change Control, Continuous Improvement

Manage multiple timelines with agility, problem-solving & attention to detail

Qualifications :

HS + 5+ yrs or Associate + 3+ yrs in Packaging Development / Product Launches

Experience across multiple product platforms & materials

Strong organizational, communication & collaboration skills

Self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred : 57 yrs experience; multi-business support experience
