Overall purpose of the role

Location : Ideally in San Antonio, TX but also open to fully remote elsewhere in the US or UK for the right candidate.

Clearance Required : Due to U.S. government contract requirements for this position, candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 Public Trust Security Clearance. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applicants who require visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute Salesforce production validations and deployments.
  • Oversee sandbox environment management and refreshes.
  • Enforce code, deployment, and security standards within the release pipeline.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize DevOps tooling.
  • Monitor DevOps metrics and deployment health, driving process improvements.

    • What we're looking for

  • US Citizen eligible for Public Trust Tier 3 clearance.
  • 2+ years Salesforce DevOps experience; 4-5 years overall technology experience.
  • Hands-on Salesforce development, SOQL, Apex, and CI / CD workflow knowledge.
  • Experience with Gearset (preferred), Copado, or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certification preferred.
