Real Estate Attorney

Baird Holm LLP is seeking a Real Estate attorney with 3 or more years of law firm or government law experience with the following background :

The candidate must have all of the following experience and skills :

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
• Strong academic history
• Active admission in good standing with the Nebraska bar or ability to obtain the same quickly
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and robust work ethic
• Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork, along with ability to work independently on various projects

The ideal candidate would have experience in one or more of the following areas :

Understanding of energy, corporate, finance, natural resources and environmental, construction, or tax credits

Familiarity with conducting due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and handling closings

Prior experience with litigation, permitting, land use, and zoning
