Service Writer

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Service Writer. Responsibilities include assuring the availability of parts in a cost-effective manner, maintaining records concerning inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all units. The role also involves inputting information into the computerized fleet analysis system daily, maintaining relationships with vendors, preparing purchase orders for management approval, receiving, tagging, stocking, and dispensing parts to mechanics according to corporate and regional policy and local operating procedures, reviewing purchase orders with accounting to assist in proper payment of invoices, producing various productivity and usage reports for management review, following all safety policies and procedures, performing other job-related duties as assigned, preparing and assigning work orders to technicians, and maintaining a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management.

Experience and education requirements include the equivalent of a high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and one year of general office experience or equivalent training. Proficiency with office equipment including telephone, fax, copier, calculator, and computer is required, as well as Microsoft Office including Excel and company information systems applications including InfoPro, CFA.
