Senior Environmental Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Environmental Specialist to support environmental compliance and sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead environmental compliance activities and permitting processes under NEPA

Conduct audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain environmental plans

Provide technical support and develop environmental deliverables in accordance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of relevant experience, or 19 years of experience in lieu of a degree

Proven experience achieving NEPA permit approvals under expedited timelines

Knowledge of FAA and EPA environmental regulations

Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems is preferred

Professional certifications such as CIH, REM, or PE (Environmental) are preferred
