Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Worcester, MA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract-to-hire position supporting students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This role involves collaborating with school teams to implement behavior intervention plans and provide expert guidance throughout the school year.

Position Details :

  • Schedule : 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Contract duration : Immediate start through October 1st, with potential for extension
  • Multiple school locations throughout the district
  • Serving K-12 student population

Qualifications :

  • Valid BCBA certification
  • Experience working in educational settings preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
  • Commitment to improving student outcomes and fostering positive behavioral growth
  • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis
  • Design individualized behavior support plans aligned with students needs
  • Provide training and consultative support to teachers and paraprofessionals
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure effectiveness
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support overall student success
