Patient Access Coordinator
As a member of the Patient Access Team at NeighborHealth, you will be a liaison for all patients seeking services. You will interact in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner while capturing accurate information to provide a superior customer experience. The Patient Access Coordinator will be expected to book, cancel, reschedule, and check out appointments and answer phones according to the Registration department guidelines. Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 - 4 : 30 and includes flexibility based on department needs in the Radiology Department.

Pay Range : $19.55 up to $29.33 based on experience.
