Job Summary

Recruitment Delivery
Review and screen applicants to assess suitability based on criteria established during intake meetings.Present a diverse qualified slate of candidates to hiring teams to promote excellence through inclusion.Apply recruiting best practices aligned with service-level agreements (SLAs) for clients and candidates.Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).Utilize compensation matrices or collaborate with Compensation to determine salary offers.Extend job offers and manage candidate communications.Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.Manage high-volume recruitment for entry-level hourly co-op / intern and professional roles.Represent customer at internal and external recruitment events (e.g. career fairs campus events interview days)Stay informed about hiring trends and patterns within assigned client groups.Evaluate recruitment channels for effectiveness in sourcing specific roles.Build talent pipelines through outreach networking and social media engagement.Ensure timely transparent communication with all candidates to maintain a positive experience.Promote inclusive interview practices grounded in respect transparency and empathy.Guide hiring managers on equitable hiring behaviors and bias mitigation.Uphold Customers mission vision and values throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Business Acumen

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.Solid understanding of Employment and EEO laws and regulations.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.Ability to manage expectations and navigate ambiguity.Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.High attention to detail and adaptability.Strong problem-solving capabilities.Education
