Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
- Conduct research to identify suitable venues and suppliers for events.
- Help manage budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
- Support the execution of on-site logistics, including setup, registration, and teardown.
- Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.Benefits
