The beautiful Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a full-time Overnight Front Office Supervisor to join their front office team!This 1000-room oceanfront resort is a beautiful getaway with two beachside pools a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids and 1000 linear feet of alabaster beach offering stunning views delicious dining options and endless sunshine to guests!

The ideal candidate for this position will possess one year of supervisory experience at a hotel or otherwise a minimum of two years as a guest service agent at a hotel. Previous Hilton experience would be considered an asset for this role as well as training related to OnQ Kipsu and HOTSOS!

Candidates should be available to work the overnight shift from 11 pm to 7 : 30 am any day of the week / weekends / holidays as needed

What will I be doing

As an Overnight Front Office Supervisor you would be responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
