The Registered Nurse (RN) works to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare by providing excellent patient-centered care and services within a dynamic team environment. To achieve these ends the Registered Nurse works to improve overall patient satisfaction and well-being by demonstrating and living the company values : Compassion, Above & Beyond, Generosity, Integrity, and Teamwork. This role is eligible for a $2,500 signing bonus.

Direct Patient Care

• Triages patients concerns to determine appropriate care needed
• Performs clinical procedures, such as injections, wound care, dressing changes, catheter insertion / removal, and administering breathing treatments
• Responds to lifesaving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols

Neighborhood Healthcare offers a generous benefit plan that includes : Partially company paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans. Pay range : $52.88 - $60.09 per hour, depending on experience. This role is eligible for a $2,500 signing bonus.

Compensation Disclosure : The posted salary range reflects the designated pay grade for this position. While this range represents the broader classification of the role, actual compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to : the candidate's overall knowledge, skills, and experience, market data and industry benchmarks, internal equity within the organization, Budgetary considerations and organizational needs. As a result, placement within the range is not guaranteed, and the full pay grade range may not be utilized.
