Operations Strategy Manager

A company is looking for a Head of Staff to the VP of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage initiatives and ensure accountability across departments while supporting the VP of Operations

Build and optimize HubSpot CRM for permissioning, automation, and reporting

Lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring clear outcomes and tracking

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or an analytical role

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including setup, automation, and reporting

Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel and comfort with data analysis

Experience in adtech, SaaS, or high-growth startups is preferred
