Maintenance Parts Coordinator

Overview

The M&W Parts Coordinator contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by managing the maintenance parts for the Piscataway, NJ manufacturing facility. Position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the purchaser, supervisors and mechanics to help improve line efficiency through accurate planning of work orders, and part consumption
• Kitting parts to work orders and provide supervisors with ready work
• Reporting on parts utilization weekly
• Establish min / max levels and replenishment of consumable parts in SAP
• Reconcile parts inventory
• Perform period end and annual cycle counts
• Receive in shipments and occasionally ship parts for repair
• Assist with purchasing parts
